What's included in white-glove onboarding?+
We migrate your existing artwork, set up your gallery and print shop, configure Stripe and Prodigi, seed your first journal posts, and personally review the design with you before launch.
Can I use my own domain?+
Yes. Studio and Gallerist tiers include one custom domain. Enterprise supports unlimited domains, and single sign-on is configured for you as part of the Enterprise contract.
What is software versus service?+
Everything in Studio and Gallerist is built into the platform and switches on the moment you subscribe. Enterprise adds platform capabilities (multiple artists, unlimited domains, white-label) plus concierge work we deliver for you: onboarding management, custom integrations, SSO configuration, and a contractual SLA.
What happens if I downgrade?+
Nothing is deleted. Features above your new tier become read-only in the dashboard and your public site keeps serving everything already published. Upgrade again and they switch straight back on.
Do you take a cut of sales?+
A flat 5% platform fee is deducted at checkout when your studio's Stripe account is connected — you keep the other 95% and Stripe pays out directly to your bank. Prodigi print costs are billed to your account at wholesale rates, so any margin on prints is yours.
How do payouts work?+
Every studio connects its own Stripe Express account during onboarding. Charges are routed through your account with a destination-charge, so payouts, tax reporting, and refunds sit with you — the platform fee comes out automatically before the transfer lands.
How long does onboarding take?+
Most studios launch within 2–3 weeks of application acceptance.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Monthly plans cancel at any time. Your site stays online through the end of the billing period.
