The registry

A permanent record for original work.

Every sale through a studio on Artist Growth System™ writes a sealed entry into that work's provenance chain and issues a certificate of authenticity.

Entries are sealed with linked cryptographic fingerprints: they cannot be edited or deleted, only amended and added to. Anyone holding a certificate number can confirm the record here.

Sealed on entry

Each entry is hashed together with the entry before it. Changing any recorded fact breaks the chain, and the break is visible to anyone verifying the work.

Permanent, not editable

Studios cannot rewrite history. A correction is recorded as an amendment that references the original entry, so the full record — including the correction — survives.

It keeps growing

Exhibitions, publications, condition reports, conservation work, and ownership transfers are all recorded against the work, long after the sale.

How to use the Registry

Verifying a work

  1. 01Enter the certificate number exactly as printed, e.g. RAM-2026-0004 — or scan the QR code on the certificate.
  2. 02Check the verdict reads “Chain intact”, and that title, artist, and dimensions match the piece in front of you.
  3. 03If the chain reports a break, or no certificate is found, contact the studio before buying.

If you own a registered work

  1. 01Open Your Collection to see every piece registered to you, its chain length, and seal status.
  2. 02Download the certificate dossier PDF at any time — certificate page, chain seal, and full sealed timeline.
  3. 03Record a chapter — exhibition, loan, publication, condition note — or start a transfer to the next owner.
