Privacy Policy

It covers people who create an Artist Growth System account, artists who subscribe to a plan, and visitors to our platform website at artistgrowthsystem.art.

If you are buying artwork on a studio's own website, that studio is responsible for your order and its own privacy practices. See "Studios are separate controllers" below.

Account details — name, email address, studio name, and sign-in information (including Google sign-in, if you use it).

Studio content — the artwork images, text, collection details, and settings you upload to build your studio site.

Billing details — subscription plan and payment status. Card details are entered directly with Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.

Usage information — pages viewed, device and browser type, and referring source, used to keep the platform working and improve it.

To create and host studio sites, provide support, process subscriptions, send service notices and — with your permission — occasional product updates. We do not sell personal information and we do not use your studio content to advertise to anyone else.

Each studio hosted on the platform controls its own collector list, orders, and messages. For that data, Artist Growth System acts as a processor on the studio's behalf under our terms. Requests about a purchase or a collector record should go to the studio directly; we will help route it if you are unsure.

We rely on a small set of providers to run the platform: Stripe (payments and subscriptions), Prodigi (print production and fulfilment on behalf of studios), our email delivery provider, and our hosting and database infrastructure. Each is bound to protect the data it processes for us.

Account and studio content is kept while your account is active. If you cancel, we retain it for a short wind-down window so you can export or reactivate, then delete or anonymise it, apart from records we must keep for tax and accounting.

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask for deletion. Write to digitallandscaper@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
